What does this photo of Christine have to the 2012 CFMC Coaches Summit? Because after this weekend the coaches at CFMC are going to be kicking your ass more efficiently than ever! Ok, I admit that was kind of a stretch.
But seriously, all the coaches at CFMC are meeting all afternoon on Saturday to talk about how to make your experience here better than ever. This is a great time to be a CrossFitter, and we are excited for this opportunity to improve ourselves as your coaches.

I never thought of that, but I could easily add a “KAPOW” into the picture if you’d like.
The pic is so awesome it doesn’t need any special effects.
