This past weekend we had four competitors brave the “wintry mix” weather and drive down to Charlottesville, VA to compete in the SuperFit Games hosted by CrossFit Charlottesville. Everyone competed in three events on Saturday and one more on Sunday, with the top 25 men and women battling it out in a fifth event on Sunday afternoon.
Overall, Craig placed 59th, Chase came in 29th, Jackson came in 11th, and Kevin came in 7th. Great job everyone!
The photo today is Craig during the hellish Thruster/Hang Power Clean event on Saturday. There will be plenty of photos up in the gallery in the next day or so, as I was allowed to get out on the floor with my camera and shoot the entire competition up close.

I do have to say that if I’m a beast, then Chase, Kevin & Jackson are super-beasts. You all should’ve seen these guys crush these workouts like they were warm-ups!! Truly awesome.
I must say, the real “beast” of the competition is I who gave up my precious weekend to cheer you guys on! I had to put up with Jackson’s abuse, Craig’s craziness, Tai’s river of tears, and Chase’s foul language for three days! But of course, it was worth it, Great Job Boys!!!
