In other news, CFMC was featured on the main CrossFit site yesterday introducing our gym and demonstrating yesterday’s WOD to the entire world. It was pretty cool, and if you didn’t see it, you can find the video here. Granted, I’m a little biased, but I thought it was really badass!

really cool! I’m traveling this week and missing cfmc already. Not sure what I’m going to squat from the hotel room, but i’ll try to find something!
