What do Kevin, Jackson, Chase, and Craig all have in common? Aside from the fact that none of them is an expert at Origami (at least to the best of my knowledge), they are all competing in the SuperFit Games this weekend in Charlottesville, VA.
So if you’ve seen them doing strange workouts in the other room after (or before) killing the posted workout, it’s because they’re training their asses off in hopes of earning a spot on the podium at SuperFit.
Make sure to wish them all good luck, if you can catch them holding still long enough to hear an entire sentence.
