The intro will consist of a brief workout so you can get a taste of what CrossFit feels like, followed by an overview of what CrossFit is and how it works. Then you'll learn about our On-Ramp program and what life looks like in the regular classes, and will finish with pricing and membership options.
Intros usually last about an hour and 15 minutes, and you should feel free to ask any and all questions you may have.
The first day in class I thought I was dying: I could not breathe, everything hurt, I hated those burpees (!), and worst of all my love/hate relationship with wallballs started. Today I can say that joining CFMC was one of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made. I look forward to every class and there is no greater satisfaction than when I get things done the right way. Some days that is the only time my husband and I see each other.
