Part 1:

Snatch – 2 reps per minute for 10 minutes. Increase load each minute. When you cannot complete both snatches, stay at that weight for the remainder.

Part 2:

5 rounds for time:
10 Toes to bar/Pullup combo
20 Double-Unders
