Getting Started
There are three steps to get started:
- Schedule an intro Come in to see our box and talk with Tai about your goals and history, and learn about what CrossFit is and how we do things.
- Come in and watch a class This isn’t required, but it will give you a sense of what CrossFit looks like and what you’ll be getting yourself into. If you’d like to watch a class give us a call or fill out our Contact Form.
- Sign up for the On-Ramp class The On-Ramp class is a 9 session course specifically designed to prepare you to participate in the ongoing group classes. You will learn about the proper mechanics, concepts and terminology you’ll need to ensure your success at the next level.
