CrossFit has made me realize that if you work hard and challenge yourself, you can do amazing things. Don’t be afraid to try. Don’t be afraid to fail. Just listen to the coaches, and work hard. Unlike a traditional gym, nobody here is going to judge you. Everyone at the box is here to help. This is the most awesome sense of community I have seen, and I look forward to coming to the gym each day to see my CrossFit family, and to challenge myself with another WOD. Thanks to the coaches, I’m slowing removing “I can’t” from my vocabulary, and turning it into “I will.” Thank you everyone!
